Hello there!
I am Marina Uguet, illustrator and author living in Mallorca. My work is to tell stories, or help others, in the fascinating world of visual storytelling.
My illustrations are characterized by their visual simplicity, their texture and freshness provided by the materials I use, result of my studies in Fine Arts. Thanks to this my skills are versatile, I like to stay rooted in traditional techniques, but with an eye to the possibilities offered by digital techniques.
I am passionate about telling big little stories, immersing myself in the world of children through their eyes. Thanks to my training and experience in Early Childhood Education I have been able to explore this world as a privileged observer.
In addition to commissioned projects, I like to work on my own personal projects where I explore new possibilities and materials but always prioritizing communication and cleanliness in my illustrations.
